Perak: Flash floods due to extraordinary rainfall — DID

IPOH, Sept 24 — The recent flash floods in Perak were primarily due to the exceptionally heavy or extraordinary rainfall, said state Department of Drainage and Irrigation director Ahmad Shahrir Md Naziri.
